sweaty palms and other stuff? i have sweaty palms all the time, even right now and anytime no matter what. i also realized during pe that my resting heart rate is higher than everyone elses so i thought i measured it wrong so i put 60 bpm like everyone else but mine is like 89. i also have pink cheeks and i often look like im blushing and i blush when i talk to strangers so i usually have my friend do it if we're out and we have to order food. is this normal? im 13 so is it just puberty and im just shy? i dont think this has to do with the question but it takes me an hour before i finally fall asleep so is there a solution to that?
