Puppy potty outdoors in winter? My boston terrier/ Pugg mix "Bugg" is little over 12 weeks, would it safe to take her to potty in my backyard? It's a mild winter so far -5 to 3 degrees Celsius. She shivers in the cold but I would prefer her potty outside rather than indoors. Thanks
