Sorry, no place. Religion is notoriously controversial. Even among those that have almost identical beliefs, the sparks still fly over details. The only place where there is sometimes no controversy is where one person speaks and the audience listens, such as a church pulpit or a parent instructing their children. But that is not a discussion. .
It's difficult to keep full-on debates friendly. Someone is always offended, sadly.
