I think it's sweet! even if she's not into poetry she'll appreciate the fact that you took time to do something for her and it shows you were actually thinking of her
Depends on the girl, but please say you did the haiku right. I hate when people screw up haikus. Make sure it's 5 - 7 - 5 syllables.
I think guys that write poems for girls they like is extremely sweet. Not creepy at all. Go for it.
