Why Do I Feel Sick When I Eat? Im 18 and overweight. I've just recently began eating healthy. Every time I ever eat anything bad for me or a lot of anything I get really bad stomach aches and feel like im going to puke. I often have acid or whatever throw up in my throat then go back down. When I eat healthy this doesnt happen. Obviously im going to eat healthy now because of this, but what is it? Why did I get stomach pains?
