Want to convert or upgrade fairings on 91 yamaha fzr 1000, what works?

I have a yamaha fzr 1000. I do not like the fairings, and one is cracked.
I dont know anyone who has done a conversion to newer more modern styled fairings, all of them.
At the very least I would like to update the tail section, and hopefully the tank if possible.

Does anything from any make or model bolt right up or close even? Will I need to modify/swap the subframe on the tail, or can I use the stock one with something without it hanging down too low?

I have heard rumors that for fzr and yzf 600 the newer r6 bodywork almost all bolts right on, not sure if thats true or not. This has me thinking possibly some of the newer r1 bodywork will work nicely? or maybe a 900 or 1000 model from another make? Any help would be appreciated. I just wish there was more information on this like for cbrs
