I cant remember the tv show that did this?

Basically the story was a cop show (possibly FBI/detective, w/e) I think it's psych, but i could have sworn im wrong - horribly wrong. Maybe its not a cop show - anyway, here's the episode:

There was a woman running for some political position like a mayor or a principal and was going to reform stuff, but she had this printer "printing machine" and this burly guy was after, because it tied him to some problem way back when, and it was sold to her (the political runner) from the police auction, so she bought it because she had a low budget. Can anyone tell me the name of the episode and/or tv show? Thanks in advance.
