Well i use chicken legs with skin on them, Roll it in egg&milk then dip it in flour mixed with spices, I cook it in the deep fryer at full heat for about 10 minutes , At this point it has a crispy layer from the flour and egg but once you get past that theres still little bits of blood and pink bits and just isnt cooked, this always happens me, What am i doing wrong?
