t-mobile: family plan, data service required phones?

I want either the G2 or the myTouch, my dad wants the Behold ||, and my mom wants the Samsung Comeback.
How much would it cost all together for our family if we got 750 minutes, unlimited texting, and unlimited web?
And how much would it cost indiviually? Because I really wanted a touchscreen/qwerty keyboard phone but all the ones i wanted required data service which i really don't need.
also is there a way to get out of the data service?
oh and we don't want to use the even more plus plan, where you pay full price for the phones.
