I'm alright with mates and things but it's people like teachers of if I say something in class like answer a question I just go red.
My English teacher was talking to me about complaint letters and I mentioned I had just sent one and she was asking ne about but I could feel I had gone red.
Then an argument with somebody yesterday, I just went red and it ruined it.
Why does this keep happening?
