My motorola photon keeps rebooting and giving me a message that is like a force close application message?

Then when I force close it brings up around 5 or 6 different ones that are similar. Things like webtop is not responding and such. When I hit force close on all of them, the phone reboots and takes me back to where I started. Any help at all?
