So I have a Panasonic SDR-H85 camcorder and I have videos on the camcorder itself, no SD card for its optional. when I connect it with the USB cord, import it, and when I try to watch/ play it, it says, UNABLE TO PLAY FILE ...etc.etc.etc. so I cant use my format converter because when I search for the video, it doesn't "exist"....help meh pz!!! I need those videos on the computer!!!
ps. Panasonic video format is MOV
