In May 2013 for my birthday I got a Kyocera Rise anyway fast forward to yesterday (2/29/13) I tried to use my USB cord to hook my phone up to my laptop so i could put music on it. For some reason it wouldn't hook up to my laptop. It's not the cord or my laptop because I used the same cord on my Kindle Touch and it worked just fine. If any of you know why my phone is acting like that or have any ways of fixing that would be great.
