Can I use a Bell phone with Fido?

I'm looking at getting a cell phone, I wanted to get the Samsung Impact from bell. Since it has a SIM card, i was hoping I could take it to Fido to get better reliability and service.

Yes,provided you unlock from Bell..because the Samsung Impact would not work with Fido unless you unlock it.To unlock you can approach Unlock-zone.com and get the required unlock code along with free unlock instructions.Once unlocked you can swap with any networks.
