Hi no you can't use At&T sim card in the phone which is locked with t-mobile provider ..To fix this you have to unlock your phone from t-mobile ..You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Unlock-Free.com here they will generate unlock code for some older mobile models at free of cost ..If you are having old model phone then make use of this site and unlock your phone then freely use it with AT&T or any other GSM sim ...
