How would I go about opening a restaurant?

Let me get this straight-- I'm not thinking a small independent hole-in-the-wall. My dream is to open up a large, nice restaurant in various locations (maybe a chain, but you gotta start small). I'm about to go into college undeclared, What should I study? I'm terrible at math and economics/finance, so I/m thinking something along the lines of the concept/design/administration.

Other than schooling, what can I do now to help achieve this dream? internships, clubs, experience?
