Is it Legal or Illegal to sell Clone Phones from China? Like the Hi-Phone, BlackPerry, Kokia, Not-Orola, Etc?

I found a company in China that makes these phones and accesories. My Question is, would it be LEGAL or ILLEGAL to sell them in the US? This phones are GSM Capable for like 2 or 3 Sim Cards. They have TV, WiFi, Etc. ANYONE? LEGAL? NOT LEGAL.

I would not advertise them as Originals, but as actual Clones.

I ask this because every where I go (except for Brand Retailers) I see Made-in-China Items, Copies, like MP3 Players that have the form of the Ipod Classic. If you go to Dollar Trees or 99 Cents Stores you will se nothing but Chinese Crap. Instead of Cocoa Pebbles, you see Mocoa Prebbles, instea dof Post Aid, you see Basic. And I can give you a lot of different examples like shoes that say Nucci, Mike, Air 10, Fat Pharm with a Cow instead of a Rino.

How is this different??

By the way, I have a Store in Calexico, I will be doing it correctly like reciepts, pay taxes, everything.
