Some said that android can be install in asha 305 symbian s 40...and i hve seen nokia n9 with android as os..?

Some can install android in nokia n9 and other non android phone...how to install android in nokia asha 305 what wil be needed?i can gues that there may be a way!pliz do reply..:)
