Idles perfect at 800 RPM

When i rev it a little i.e try to hold it anywhere between 1100-2000 RPM's it will bog and not want to rev up

but when i rev it harder it will go up to 3k 4k 5k 6k...

This car runs really good and strong before operating temperature!

but when it hits operating temperature this car turns into a vibrating noisy squealing washing machine lol
