Skid Row no doubt. Skid Row was one of the better hair metal banRAB of those days although they did have some questionable songs. Overall they were pretty good and Bach did some amazing vocal work...

Heard a few of their popular songs and did not dig them too much, so I didnt take the time to care about them too much. From the songs I did hear, they didnt sounRAB like anything out of the ordinary.
