I thought they were MGMT when I first heard them, so I wouldn't say they are THAT refreshing. They are very catchy though, Sleepyhead is a great song.

Tool may have a consistant sound they rarely changes, but it is a progressive sound in my opinion. And they do have their own unique sound. Unlike say Dream Theater, who simply just took every trick...
