    will a wet cough affect my performance in a 200m sprint? I have an important race...

    ...in two days and want to run? I really need to know this. Ive got a really important race comming up in 2 days (200m) and then 400m and 100m coming up on friday? if i am not well for the races, will my performance be affected by a lot?

    well, if its a relatively short race, and i'm kinda sure that a 200m sprint would be like... what? about 45 seconds maybe? i'm not sure at all what that distance is, but if its a short race, then it shouldn't be TOO much of a problem.
