Ok so I've just got all the 1st batch of 8 badges and beat the elite 4. I've found the karate king in Mt. Mortar and I've got Jasmine's phone number. I called her on Wednesday afternoon but she won't rematch me. What am I doing wrong? Do I need the last batch of 8 badges as well? All I want is the Steelix she gives me as a gift after I beat her but I can't get her to rematch me.

Any ideas anyone?
