What kind of silly statement is that????

Anyway, I spoke to a supervisor, and they cancelled teh subscription of the channels. But here is another one!! LOL

I get a letter from BEV stating that they have been charging me GST/PST for the past year or so when they should have been charging me HST. It was the same percentage, so it didn't matter to me, an omission on my part obviously.

Anyway, the letter stated that BEV was in error, so they would rectify it at no cost to me. So I get my bill, and I see a credit for $363 and a charge for $363 for the taxes. In the end, my bill was $74 (still more than it should be, BTW) and taxes of $48!!!!. So I had to call and fix that with them.

As for my original issue - I cancelled the premium channels prior to my billing date of July 21st. However I still got billed for the channels for August!!! I spoke to the CSR and she told me I would see a credit on my next bill!! This whole procedure is just infuriating!!!
