Typically, the bigger dishes can't easily accept a mount for two LNBs (a few can).
Also, they don't usually have a skew adjustment available, which is needed with two LNBs.
So, Murph's idea is probably the most practical: big dish for 82; medium dish for 91.

How to improve 82?
If you really want to stay with a single, dual satellite dish and see similar performance as I'm getting (ie no weather fade), I think your best bet would be the 36" Channel Master. But, they sell for over twice the cost of the 30" Winegard!
