I know im a bit late asking this, but i need to know why, and also why the hell someone would film it?! Was it even real at all?
Coz i cant help but think that this was posted really soon after the lady who put the cat in the bin, and so they must thought they could have their 15 mins of fame, because i really cant imagine a young girl throwing puppies in the river.
