Fido is impossible to get hold of in customer service. I waited 15 minutes every time. They have lots of hidden charges, and try to get as much out of you as they can. I got a long distance number from the merchant who sold me the service and despite frequent complaints, Fido did not change my number. The agent taking my calls was extremely aggressive and instead of listening accused me of making too many calls. One agent admitted the charges were their fault but his supervisor would not reduce the charges.

Now they are telling me they will not cancel my account until the entire account is paid. I think that is unethical and a violation of my rights.
