Thread: Would This Restaurant Be A Good Idea To You?

ok I would love to open up my own restaurant here in Orangeburg South Carolina, its a pretty big town in my opinion. Now the thing is I would like to do would be open a Pizza Buffet with everything, only the best pizza toppings, bread sticks, pasta, salad, game room, tvs you know the whole nine yards, now in your opinion would that fly. The only pizza buffet we have is Pizza Hut and that's only for a few hours, the only other pizza buffets that are all day that are close to our area is columbia, charleston and myrtle beach which is only Cici's and a couple of privately own places. This would be like a Cici's, but better I mean I think just about everybody likes pizza, so do u think that would be a good idea.

Also give some other ideas for a good restaurant.

I guess it would be a decent idea. Cici's has been around for awhile. Pizza is pretty cheap to make. You could do a salad bar too that way if someone in the family didn't want to eat pizza. I won't go to Cici's pizza, because last time I went it was horrible and greasy. Would you do pizza to order? Subs or just strictly buffet? I ask because you would have most of the ingredients to do subs.

It just depends how you market it. You would have to define your audience.
