what makes my leg feel like ice water running down it

    Kevin,
Could be one or two things that I can think of. My husband had the same problem feeling like ice water was running down his leg and also his leg muscles felt tired like he had been exercising. He had been on a cholestrol lowering drug for awhile and his dr. seemed to think that was the problem. Neurologist thought neuropathy, perhaps even from the drug. Or perhaps it could be coming from a problem from your lower back. Don't know how old you are but my husband was in his 70's at the time. We never did find the cause, because he passed from cancer before it really got investigated. It did make him very uncomfortable though. Hope this helps. If it continues I would perhaps see a neurologist for help.
    Nana
