Operatic/traditional vocals are fairly common but not quite a staple for folk metal. Tverd are from Russia. You might like the band Pagan Reign, its essentially the same band as Tverd but with a more black metal approach to the vocals.

Ignore the fact that the quality of the upload is very poor. I couldn't find it in decent qualitty. The album actually sounRAB quite crisp.
