B.Y.O.B didn't take balls i agree, but if any of you were really SOAD fans you'd mention their other songs like prison song, and Boom! now theres some really guttsy songs, also whoever said their new stuff blows suck my ass:P attack is a ****in monstrous song, same with sad statue, question and tentative buy the albums and listen to them closey before you bag it out douche

i've only heard 2 SOAD songs, aerials and chop suey, i dunno, i just don't like the speed metal parts so i was never really drawn to them...

I liked Mesmerize just that wee bit more, i think it had more character.

I'm sorry to say but that did sound pretty mediocre to me. I actually liked the song FaSho posted better. After listening to "Holy Mountains" I realize that the singer is kind of a turn off for me. As far as the rest of the instrumentation goes, I liked some of the guitar in FaSho's song but that's about it. Does their older stuff have a different sound? I'd be interested in hearing some more by them because I've heard a lot of praise for them and feel like I'm missing something. So far it's not clicking with me though.

^^ lol that sounRAB like a fun time, i wish i was able to see them live before they went on hiatus.

Although, i heard roomers at the start of last year about them coming back and playing in some sort of European tour for some charity thing. I haven't seen it yet and i haven't heard anything about it since that one instance.
