Its was a beat em up game where you can pick up weapons to beat up the NPCs, you can choose from 3 characters at the start, a a black guy, a white guy and girl. They looked like military people. it was a 3D pixelated game. If you know the name and Console that it was on. please answer
Nope its not Streets of Rage, it was 3D as in it looked like a Dreamcast or PsX game. I only remember playing at the acrades, and you can pick up guns and beams and such.
