I didn't look up the specs of your phone but many have multimedia capabilities *nd will at least play unprotected MP3, wav or wma files. The easiest way to put them on your phone is to insert a micro sd card into the phone's slot, then connect the phone to the pc using that usb cord. The pc will then "see" the card as a removable drive to which you can copy to from it audio files. Your card might be automatically recognized as a mass storage device or you maqy have to go into settings and tools on the phone to chhose that once the cord is plugged.

About the headphones, many plugs are standard size (3.5") but on somewhat older phones the plug is smaller, maybe 2.5". I was nevertheless able to get the right phones on ebay?
