I'm already pretty much of a healthy eater -- I love my vegetables, I love my breakfast, etc.

Only problem were my binging nights, I guess. Cause they'd extend to more than one night.
That, and that I LOVE biscuits... I always had them with my tea, so I guess I never noticed how much they didn't help at all.

Anyway, I want to lose about ten kilos (~20 lbs) and over the past two weeks, just by cutting out all that junk and not snacking in between meals (unless I was really hungry, I'd have a pear or an apple or something) and I lost TWO kilos over the past two weeks. :3 yay.

Point is, will this keep going on til I lose ten kilos, or will it eventually stop?
And what do I do if I feel like having a bite or something?
