How do I save a photo from a text on the HTC inspire?

try holding your finger against the photo than form the menu that appears chose copy to sd card, if that doesn't work download a file manager like "Lindia manager" browse the file you would like to place the photo in find a blank space or open the options menu and chose paste or hold down and chose paste
