i'm currently living in egypt
and i was wondering if i could get a scholarship OUTSIDE it
it would be an art scolarship
and i heard about these portfolio scholarships ( the one based on how awesome your portfolio is )
also i want to get into the animation industries
so ya is it possible ?
P.S i can only speak english and arabic

also i heard of someone who got the college degree in my country but then got a doctorism from england or something
how can i do that ?
