    Returning to prior OS

I have a 3G and downloaded iOS the 2nd day it was out. I have been having problems with calls not coming through, slow response to changing screens and just general slow performance.
Is there any way to go back to OS 3?

Because the current iOS is signed and the latter isn't you can't just reload the old iOS. It is possible but it takes alot of work and knowhow.... If you still want to try just google there are several sites that have a step by step.

    Returning to prior OS

I loaded OS4 on my 3G last week and emails may or may not push to the phone, it appears to be intermittent. With the new phone coming.....don't really care.

Is anyone suprised that their iphone 3g is running slow on ios4? That os was designed with a faster processor in mind.
