    2011 Rockford Fosgate P2 or P3?

I am running an 1800w Kenwood KAC-9105D class D mono block amplifier.
    RMS Power Rating:
    4 ohms: 500 watts x 1 chan.
    2 ohms: 900 watts x 1 chan.
    1 ohm: >900 watts x 1 chan.

The P2 is rated for 400 watt rms while the p3 is rated for 600w rms
I'm planning on buying the 2 ohm sub.

Second question: Will my sub-woofer be underpowered if I choose the P3 2ohm?
I'm also considering the t1d2 which is listed as 800w rms, since my sub would be a 2 ohm that means my amp would be putting out 900w rms which should be enough to power it? Please confirm

Id have to choose the T1 in your specific situation, the P3 can go all the way up to 1200 but not for long so the more you got it passed the subs RMS, the more your stepping out into an unknown area and running a risk of blowing your sub, so you'd be overpowering the p3 by 300 watts; not to bad and like mentioned below it could handle, but you should take some precautions to be sure you don't blow it like turning the bass boost down. The t1 however you get the best of both worlds; a sub will be loudest when it meets or exceeds its RMS (but not to much) line and with the t1 not just meet it but pass it by only 100 watts which doesn't lead to any necessary worry to blow it so you wouldn't have to worry about the bass boost or anything that you would worry about with the p3. Long answer short t1, cause it'll be used to its potential cause you got it powered fine but not to high and you don't have to worry about it like you would the p3.

The T1 would be my choice. That's just about a perfect match. The P2 would be great if you had 2 of them.Since you're getting one that amp will be 2 strong at 2 ohms for it.The P3 can handle that amp.If you do get it make sure you cut the bass boost down or cut the bass down on your radio. If you don't you may risk blowing the sub or burning the coils up on the sub.
