If i have a blackberry from sprint can i switch it over to metro pcs without raising the bill?

I have a metro pcs phone but its old and i want to use my blackberry that my friend is giving me. Its a blackberry torch and i was wondering if i switch it over to metro will that raise my phone bill at all? Please help, no where else seems to be answering the question
