There is an episode where the chameleon brothers are running some kind of club that rocko joins, I cant really remember what kind of club, I want to say fitness, but I don't think it is, anyway the chameleon bros are constantly saying "Tisk Tisk" "big tisk" "major tisk" " minus 20 points " judging him on something..

can anyone figure out what episode that is? the name or number/season of the episode?
