Are there cultures where it is OK to, what Americans would call it as, sexually harass

their kids? I've learned in sociology that some cultures and countries are very lax or more strict in treating their kids.

I know in some countries shutting your kid out of the house is a common way to punish them, instead of grounding them like Americans would do.

So can anyone think of countries where parents can do what Americans would say is sexually harass their own kids? (I guess an example would be groping their kid "inappropriately" or something.)

I know that in Thailand it is legal to sell young girls for prostitution.

I don't really think that is acceptable anywhere, especially if their kids are KIDS! Sexually harassing your children isn't punishment, nor is it a treat - it's sexual abuse & incest. Yuk! I'm sure it happens behind closed doors or within abusive families, but it's not generally tolerated anywhere, except maybe small islands where perversion is common
