Thread: Are the salads in Mac donalds Healthy?

I think not because they serve their salad with chemical dressings

the salads themselves are pretty healthy, but the dressing makes it more caloric than a burger

If McDonald's advertises all the healthy aspects of their salad, by law, it has to be true.

youd be better off making your own salad because then you actually know what your putting in your mouth..
