I don't have the TIMKEN packages here at home to give you the Timken #......BUT once you have the race removed from the neck....there should be a # stamped into it....you can use that 3 to have a bearing supplier cross reference it for a 1"ID bearing if you can't read the number on the bearing.............BUT.....even though it's a trip into town.........it will be EASIER just to get them at a shop

    the HD# is 48300-60 bearing/race set

Do you know how to PROPERLY set the neck tension once the bearings are replaced?.........if you don't have a manual for the bike.........email me with what bike it is and I can walk you through it...........PROPER STEERING NECK TENSION IS CRUCIAL................ALSO......USE RED SYNTHETIC GREASE!!!!!!.........standard wheel bearing grease will NOT hold up!!!!
My preference on grease for ALL bearings is....LUCAS RED & TACKY.....this grease will NOT run like almost every type of standard grease will.......even HD's "SPECIAL PURPOSE" grease will liquify and run, even though they designed it not to.....HD does NOT know $hlT about lubricants.......NEVER use their SYN3 oil!!!!

EDIT for MAUSER........DAMN!!! I'm impressed.....you know the measurements!!!!

You probably can get them at a parts store. Just get the Timken part number off the old bearing. Most Harley stem bearings are the same size on each front end.

If the stock bearings are in it, yes. There is a number (usually 4 digits) stamped on most bearings whethere they're OEM or not. Most auto parts stores like Advance Auto can cross reference the number.
If not the hd number is 48300-60 I think. Call J&P, they can ship it. Warehouse in Iowa and in Daytona
