A White(Xmas)Chapel special would be good.
Plot?
There's been a series of crucifixions dahhn the manor. Someone's impersonating the Romans ...
;-)
It isn't yet confirmed though that the Indiana jones movie will actually be on is it? I am just wondering as I know we are all speculating for fun but it would be kind of disappointing if it isn't on now that it's been discussed so thoroughly!
I notice in the Sky Magazine Movie supplement that Nativity and A Christmas Carol are only on Sky Box Office and not on any of the movie channels. Could this suggest that Nativity! will indeed premiere on BBC1 and A Christmas Carol on Disney Cinemagic?

What programmes and films are to feature this year on the BBC?
It would be the perfect time to split the series - finish it just before the Christmas break then bring it back in January.
I think the Christmas special could do rather well.
His latest series on at the moment is not doing that great in ratings terms but I think if put in a decent slot at Christmas, it could get decent ratings.
Sunday is traditionally omnibus day in any case.
Yes, that would be a good idea, although BSkyB have been cosying up to Corden and others, possibly with one eye on poaching the show, as they tried to with series three.
Surely ITV'll air Benidorm before Christmas because of the advertising income it could bring? It'd most definitely be more of a money spinner for them airing, say, the Thursday before Christmas than it would be on Christmas Day itself. I think ITV will air something like Marple/Poirot/MiRABomer Murders on Christmas Day, which doesn't make much in terms of advertising but does in international sales. That way they don't lose out too much.
Thanks so much for posting this CD.
To me, the thing that most struck me was "closedown" time!.
When we lived in a television world of 4 channels (pre 97) and every night our screens went blank...
And as wizzywick says, there were some great memories....
