as hard as it sounds..just don't think about it. my friend had that issue lol. i just kept her busy with sports and we hung out alot. just keep yourself busy with other activites so you don't think about that. don't touch your self thats nasty!
don't watch things like law and order that might bring that thought up.
you could aslo talk to somebody about it. like your parents or your best friend.
