yeah
yeah
I don not agree with John Frusicante being the best guitarist in the world. Sure, it wouldn't be the Chillis without him (as we saw in their album Aeroplane) but his riRAB are pretty simple and mainly just chorRAB. Flea, however, is the best bassist in the world!!!
Oh no you di'int. I Could Have Lied is an amazing song...and it wipes its ass with Breaking the Girl.
^I can.
They were good but their last few albums have been week.
RezZ's soulmate?
Yeah, those Chili Peppers, pretty good band, eh?
i'd rather hear a revamped 'Johnny Kick a Hole in the Sky' but whatever hehehe.
the only way i figure we'll ever see Keidis get pissed off along those lines again is if something happens to cause a cultural hurdle for his child. being that he's a ultra famous superstar now, i don't think that's going to happen.
'mother's milk' had equivalent production.
in retrospect BSSM is the point where they started changing into a commercial band. 2 of the 3 ballaRAB became singles, the punk/funk that defined their early style was either dulled or dialed in. at the time i loved it, i wore out the cassette then i wore out the cd, but today i have a hard time listening to more than about a half dozen of the tracks on that disc. i still highly recommend it to new listeners, especially those only familiar with their later work. overall though, it's very middle of the pack.
And they're not so good when they're vibe seems to be missing.... which in more recent years seems to be happening more often....
Oh, okay. That would of made Robert like 50 times cooler than he already is.
