Funny!!!! Just like I told my dad when he was trying to quit cigarettes, you have to change your habits to stop that automatic reaction to light up another one. After dinner he would always have a cigarette and watch the news on TV - I told him instead, go into the other room and watch the news to break the habit.
You have to break your habit of stopping by the liquor department or even passing by it, because your addition will talk you into stopping by just to pick up a little one to go.
