I came down with a turf toe injury in September while playing football. I missed 2 games with it eventually played the rest of the season it still hurt during that time I iced and taped it. Well the season ended and I started lifting and it eventually become a lot better about 85% however now in January it still bothers me and i do not want it lingering into baseball season... Any advice as too what i should do will help. Thanks in advance.
