Hi,
So most beginner front-end web developers don't even worry about W3 standards & the correct DOCTYPE ect. I'm wondering if this would pass W3 standards and is the <meta description> and <meta keywords> kind of like on-site SEO?
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<title>Website</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css">
<link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" href="favicon.ico">
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />
<meta name="Keywords" content="" />
<meta name="Description" content="" />
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
Thanks in advance.
