WHEN IS THE IPHONE FOR VERIZON COMMING OUT?

I hate AT&T and love verizon but I can't give up my iPhone. When is the verizon iPhone comming out?

in 1-2 years... it takes a while for the contract to get in

IF it's coming, the only people who know for sure are at Apple or Verizon, and they aren't talking.

But if it is going to be available sometime this year, it will probably be announced within the next few weeks - Apple usually introduces new iPhones in early June every year.

Anyway, I won't believe it until Apple or Verizon officially announce something -there have been rumors about this for years.

I googled it and it says the new iphone 4g is coming out july of 2010. happy phone shopping!

Edit: after a little reading, I would say the fall of 2010 is a safer answer.

Its not gonna come out. They've been rumoring it for years. AT&T has the contract plain and simple.

Um no. These rumors come around every year, and every year, no Verizon iPhone. They didnt want it when Apple came to them first back in 2006 and they dont want it now. Why would they, when any Android phone crushes the iDont any day of the week, and Android is already selling more phones than Apple anyways?? Plus, ATT knows that without the iPhone, they have nothing, so they will pay Apple as much as they want in order to keep it.

And trust me- once you have an Android phone, it will be extremely easy to give up your iphone because you'll never want any other kind of phone ever again
